Structure and Performance of RACK JACK

1. This is a type that applies the power base, capable of self-driven operation through motor connection. When the central drive shaft rotates, the rack gear moves linearly.
2. Since there is almost no power loss, it maximizes mechanical efficiency while ensuring stability.
3. The structure is simple, resulting in a low failure rate and making maintenance easy.
4. While a screw jack is suitable for precise intermediate control or lifting heavy loads due to its internal reduction mechanism that slows the up/down movement, a rack jack offers high-speed linear motion by directly connecting the rack and pinion gears. By using a low-speed geared motor with a brake, precise intermediate control is also possible.
   Additionally, it is more cost-effective and economical compared to a screw jack.

Types of RACK JACK

1. IRJ SERIES(GUIDE TYPE)-STANDARD TYPE

   - The basic model includes standard sizes ranging from IRJ10 to IRJ30, and custom specifications for applications over 2 tons can also be produced.
   - It can solve up/down guide and synchronization issues, and the center distance between gearboxes can be selected at the designer's discretion.

2. IRJC SERIES(GUIDE TYPE)-CLEAN ROOM TYPE

   - The IRJ series undergoes additional post-treatment (hard chrome plating / electroless nickel plating / Raiden treatment) and includes silicone bellows on the top and a cover on the bottom to minimize dust generated internally, making it suitable for clean room applications. (Class Zone: 1000 Class)

3. IRJL SERIES(LM GUIDE TYPE)

   - Suitable for cleanroom environments, it can be applied to inspection equipment and devices requiring high precision.
   - In the standard type, a bush is used as the guide, but the IRJL series uses an LM guide, maximizing smooth operation and durability, making it ideal for high-frequency use.
