  • Structure and Performance of the MAGNET DRIVE

    1. Traditional conveyor systems use gears or belts for their drive mechanisms, but this can lead to various issues when used in clean room environments. Therefore, we developed a non-contact drive system that can deliver the same performance under similar conditions.
    2. By arranging special magnets in a 90-degree configuration, we can change the direction of force transmission non-contactly, allowing for suitable torque in the conveyor system drive while eliminating dust (particles) generated during conventional operation.
    3. As the drive shaft rotates, the magnetic fields of the N/S poles on the spiral create alternating attraction and repulsion forces with the permanent magnets on the shaft that supports the conveyor roller, enabling the roller to rotate.

      - Compared to traditional gear or belt systems, manufacturing costs and assembly time are significantly reduced, as well as maintenance cycles.
